2 bedroom2 bathroom apt. Available bedroom has a walkin closet and a window. Apartment is completely furnished except for spare bedroom. Roommate would pretty much have their own bathroom, but it wouldnt be connectes their bedroom, so when guests came, would have to share. Utilities, including gas, electric, cable and internet, washer and dryer rental fee, and water and sewage, is around 200 all together, give or take a few. Utilities are more expesive, but not by much, in winter due to heat. I believe in buying everything seperate, such as laundry detergent, groceries, toilet paper, etc. We would split all the bills down the middle. I dont want to have parties at the house. I work 1st shift as a nurse aide, and wake up around 5306am, so when I go to bed around 1012pm, I like it to be almost completely quite. I watch a lot of TV. I am looking for someone who has a good job with a gauranteed set pay, so they wont be late on any bills, or be short any money.
